I strive to make everyone as happy as I can but to a certain extent I need to protect myself so the following policies will be in effect.

Warranty:
I offer a 30 day warranty.  If for some reason your product breaks or rips in the first 30 days I will happily replace it for you.  I will not give cash back.  I will only replace it if I have the broken product in hand.  The cost of shipping it back to me is on you but I will ship the new product back for free.

Returns:
There are no returns accepted.  Unless I have made a mistake I will not refund any money.  I contact you via email to ensure that I have exactly what you want your product to say and which product you would like.  If you mis-spell what you want your product to say, I'm very sorry, but that is not my fault.

Cancellations:
After your nametape as been embroidered cancellations will not be accepted.  Nametapes can be ordered between a few hours and a few days after you receive a confirmation email from me.

Everything Else:
The products I make for you, unless specifically instructed, can be displayed as a showmanship of my work.  Your actual name and contact information will NEVER be passed to anyone or attached to anything except showing your product.
